Central to what we needed, hotel was clean and nice.i read the reviews before booking g and looked at the negatives and thought if that happened to me could I deal with it. No issues with the hotel or stay. Parking was on site. There was a restaurant but didnt use it. Went to town for food.

Location superb, pool great altho appeared cold although stated heated. Pool enclosure could have benefitted from being open in the warmer days instead of guests having to push it open themselves to breathe.

Location of motel, the room was exactly how the pictures were on Booking.com. Very roomy and warm with the heatpump. Liked that there is a restaurant on the ground floor with a very delicious menu. Also went for the buffet breakfast and that was pretty good too.

It was ok not much left when we arrived though.Staff in house keeping were great and very professional not sure of the name of the girl who helped us but she was very helpful and friendly. Please thank her for us.

Stayed one night in a prime central Napier location. Beach across the road. We got a good deal for a standard room. Clean room. Large walk-in shower. Comfortable beds (a queen and a single) for three. The Quality Inn's Drift restaurant and bar is on picturesque Marine Parade with views of the ocean. Buffet breakfast choices were excellent. Room service was very good. Our room had everything for tea/ coffee making. Fridge with small ice-box. Good WIFI. Staff were very helpful. Everything one comes to expect when booking a place to stay at booking.com

The room was on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. It is an older motel, but the room was fairly clean (dishes were dirty, though) and the beds comfy. It was ok for a one night stay. A restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel which was convenient.

Location is great. Reception really accomodating and friendly. Clean rooms and serviced daily - rare today so this is great! Free and covered parking option. Pool available for families with children. We didn’t eat at the adjoining restaurant downstairs but that is a bonus if needed. Lick This ice cream shop across the road!

The location was great. At the centre of the city and walking distance to the National Aquarium, the visitors centre (i-site), and the Marine parade. The Warehouse and Noel Leeming are located at the back of the property for your convenience. Parking available on-site but you need to save your spot early. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was located at the 2nd floor. It has a small balcony with good view of the shops nearby. The room has a kitchenette with cooking utensils. There is also a swimming pool.

Amazing location right in town , great access to the beach and skate park across the road as well. Warehouse and Noel Leeming are tight behind the hotel which was a bonus 😊 loved everything the Spa was by far the best thing ever. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone else who needs quality accommodation 😊 amazing work Quality Inn.
